Could you imagine a world where Doctors didn't wear lab coats?

Think back to your most recent visit to a hospital or doctor’s office. Did the nurse who took your pulse and blood pressure wash her hands before touching you?  How often are his or her scrubs laundered and sanitized?

How about your doctor?  Does he wear a tie? How often is it cleaned? What about doctors who wear lab coats?  How often are they changed?

When you see doctors in long or short lab coats, also known as white coats in the healthcare industry, you might think it is just an apparel preference; however, the significance of the white coat length goes beyond functionality or preference. It seems today that everywhere we go; whether it is the grocery store, movie theatre, restaurant, doctor’s office or the mall, we are seeing sterile cleanser dispensers all over the place.  Fighting the spread of germs is on everyone’s mind these days and doing whatever we can to combat this battle is the main game plan.  In fact, I am willing to bet that many of us carry a small personal size sterile cleanser in our briefcase, purse or car.  Bottom line - we are willing to take steps to stop the spread of germs.  So if this is the case, why do we not think the same way when it comes to lea

I received a call from one of our salesmen the other day.  He asked, “Do we make any ugly scrubs for any of our customers?”
